Bicycle & Scooter Parking
Commuting by bike to work is a great way to cut down on autoemissions and reduce your carbon footprint along with increasing daily physical activity. To support these initiatives at 540 West Madison we provide secured bicycle parking in our loading dock.

540 Food Hall
A full-service café is located on the second floor, available for all tenants. The hours of operation are 7:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. 
Conference Center
Building Management has completed plans for renovations to the South Cafe? area. Upon completion of the second Floor Fitness Center build-out, the South Cafe will be transformed into a full service conference center, which will feature two conference rooms or one large room to accommodate up to 300 guests.

The Conference Center will also feature new AV equipment, blinds, and an intimate media room, which will feature movies in a small comfortable setting.
 
Electric Car Charging Stations
Electric car drivers have the ability to charge their cars forFREEwhile in the building. Two dual charging stations in Lower Level 1 of the garage allow up to 4 cars to charge simultaneously.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is located on the 2ndFloor of 540 West Madison and is exclusively for the Tenants of 540 West Madison.The locker rooms at 540 Fitness offer day lockers and spa quality amenities such as towel service, and steam showers.Vanity areas are stocked with complimentary towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razors, blow dryers, deodorant, mouthwash, cotton swabs, and body lotion.
 
Mox Concierge Bike Service (Summer Months Only)
540 West Madison offers tenants the opportunity for concierge bike services from Mox Multisports. Tenants can fill out this formand return it to contact@moxmultisport.com. Mox Multisport will then pick up your bike and complete the requested work at their shop a block away.

Roof Garden
The Roof Garden is located on the 6th Floor at 540 West Madison. Weather permitting; it is accessible to tenants from May  until September from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Smoking is not permitted on the Roof Garden.

The 6th Floor Roof Garden is available to rent for private events M-F after 4:00 p.m.
Shine Car Wash
Onsite car wash services, from Shine Car Special, are available to tenants that park at 540. Services range from menu items such as hand washes, waxing interior detailing, floor mat cleaning, leather treatment, vinyl Armor All treatments, and engine cleaning. Customers may also purchase complete detail or hand wax packages. Shine Car Special is located on the Lower Level 2 of the parking garage.

Tenant Lounge
540 has opened up a temporary tenant lounge located on thelobby level at the Madison Street entrance. Take a break to play a game of ping-pong or meet friends down in the lounge for lunch.

Exclusively for the use of 540 West Madison tenants, we provide complete corporate and personal support through our worldwide network of business, entertainment and leisure vendors. Corporate Concierge can assist in any request from the ordinary to the exceptional.

Monthly Parking
Parking is only open to Tenants that have contacted ABM Parking and filled out the proper paperwork. ABM Parking will issue and maintain access cards and clearances. Authorized Tenants are prohibited from using their access cards to allow non-authorized individuals into the garage.
